Yea I payed a bit more than that for the Pioneer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif..... It was still a great price, I think 90% of my system is the display models.... Also, 5 year full coverage warranty FTMFW!

Around 3k for the set, then 300 something for the warranty. But, the place I got it does business with my dad's company and the sales dude, which is one of the owners, told me that if I brought it back in a couple of years and had a "problem" they would give me the newest model. Which they actually have done with my brothers stuff he got there. He's gone through 5 Rockford T1 15" and 3 sets of component speakers because the sales dude calls him up says "we have something new & different in the new model". So, Wang blows up his old stuff and takes it over there and gets new.

ya, i would imagine 1080P would be worth it, tho, if you were getting a REALLY big display

your bass has done a first to my recollection....it's altered your vision lol. i notice a difference from 420i to 720p (ps2 to ps3) and i sure as hell notice a difference from 720p to 1080p.
