what does Winisd do?

So Im sitting here messing with Winisd and I cant figure this out, so basically what it says is how the speaker should perform? and also does it show box designs?

Basically winisd just confuses the crap out of people by giving them different, or incorrect information each time they use it. I wouldn't rely to heavily on it's box design output. Man I love that little program, not as dialed in as LEAP, but when you need a box on the quick tip, it is pretty good.
