What does this sound like....

Alright so when i played music my sub rattle internally on higher notes but sounds flawless on deep bass notes...this gets annoying, my amp gains are set perfect did it with the tone cd and voltmeter...my sub is inverted....I talked to the seller of the sub which owns the company Joe Belmonte...i just emailed him earlier and he hasnt got back to my 2nd question he responded asking if I have changed the polaritywhcih i havent....How would you do this...and does that sound like the problem or something else...

Instead of + to + and - to -, I believe he wants you to try + to - and - to +.

i put my ear towards the magnet hole and i hear the buzzing rattling noise...i push down on the cone it dissapears...theres a small leak hole in my box that might be it? also the magnet hole screen has moved but its been like for awhile because i accidently moved it with a screwdriver

I removed the magnet hole screen...its not the cone or dustcap i dont think...I unfortunately think it's the coil...not really narrowing it down to that put im shipping it back to elevation and see what they think...but im still trying to figure out what it is exactly .....it sounds like a string on a guitar that is tuned loose when you take the string off and you try to play it when it tuned like that it just slaps against the guitar and rattles....what do ya'll think...does this sound like a coil coming apart or what?
