180 means it is pulling in when it would normally be pushing out. Same as reversing the + and - leads on the speaker.

If you do both it will be a double negetive and not make a difference. Only change one either the amp or HU.

If you can reverse the sub phase on your HU, then leave the amp @ 0* and just adjust the HU.

you need all your speakers playing when you test this ...... sometimes having the subs out of phase will make them blend better with the mids
