In TN, every charge stacks seperately. And they will hit you on every possible violation.I got 11 points from 1 time getting pulled over, at 12 they yank you license.

I was going 87 in a 55 work zone (on Sunday with no workers), and had my GF in the car whilst passing a negro in a 30mph Buick.

And that SOB cop tried to get the judge to call it a "drag race", so I would lose my shit.

Another new TN shitcake rule is: If they hear your music 15 feet from the car, you get a ticket 1st offense now, and it's 102.50. 2nd offense they can take your aftermarket gear.

In Dickson the fine is $300 for music. Most of the time they just tell you to turn it down, because there are som many people with loud music.

But they will get you for everything in TN. I've never been pulled over, but I know plenty of people who have, and they got slammed hard with every little thing that you could imagine.

My best friend got pulled over because of not wearing his seatbelt. The cop got him for: no seat belt, taillight not working, noise pollution, tint to dark, and tobacco citation. The cop wouldn't let him drive home even though he could see his house from where he was pulled over.
