What does a traffic warning actually mean??

I was just pulled over for doing 60 in a 45 right outside of my neighborhood and he stopped me right down the street from my house

He said since i have a class D license i could have lost my license but since i've never gotten a ticket before, he said i got a warning...

He still gave me a ticket slip, but said to go home and tear it up.

Does this mean that it basically never happened, of is it on file, just not as an offense?

Means nothing. Just means that he looked like he was out working. 15 over and no ticket means you were looking pretty good to him. You have to slob his knob now or it turns into a ticket somewhere down the road.

Class D liscense is just a normal driver's liscense lat time i checked. you can't lose your liscense for getting one ticket.

Depending on how far over the speed limit, and if you were in a neighborhood, yes you can.

Tell me if your not doing 84 in a 35 and get pulled over you will not lose your liscense.
