Depending on how far over the speed limit, and if you were in a neighborhood, yes you can.
Tell me if your not doing 84 in a 35 and get pulled over you will not lose your liscense.

He said he was going 15 over. That is not grounds for liscense revocation. If you're doing 50 over, that constitutes reckless driving, which is a whole other ball game. If you have someone in the car, especially a minor, it's reckless endangerment. But they will all be considered separate crimes.

20 over in TN is reckless driving. For school zones and contruction zones, it's even less.

i think its cause im not 18 that he said i could have lost it and i think anything over 13 or 14 is in that category, or maby he was just trying to scare me

i don't know about laws in your state, but here a ticket just extends your probationary period. did you just get your liscense recently?

I'm pretty sure they can't do that. Unless your laws are all kinds of fucked up. I don't know a cop who will even pull someone over for less than 10 over. Your cabbies seem to speed just fine.

yea 2 weeks ago we won state and had a massive party and the cops busted it with like 60 pple there but half got out.

Her dad pulled up as soon as we were leaving. Then one cop came, and I passed at least 4 more before I was out of the neighborhood. I'm 16, btw. Don't want to get arrested, again.

The first time I got pulled over I got 3 tickets.

1: Careless Driving (The roads were wet, I don't have TCS, and my tires were bald. They lost traction and they spun for a second or two.)

2: Speeding, 47 in a 30 (I was 50 feet away from a stop sign when he pulled me over. There was no way I was going that fast. Period.)

3: Expired Insurance Card (It was October 30th, and my card expired on the 25th. The cop had the audacity to asked me if it was still insured. Then questioned my answer, as if I stopped paying for my car insurance just because...)

I hate Miami Cops, they're assholes.

Haha, I was at a party once, and I was sober. When the cops came I made a big commotion, distracting the cops acting like an ***. When they finally subdued me and gave me a breathalizer test, and found out my blood alcohol was 0%, they were like, "WHAT THE HELL?!" I said, "I took one for the team, guys. Sorry." They got up all pissed and told me to get out before they arrested me for trespassing. I laughed and strolled off.

They can and they do. My first ticket ever was for 15 over. They take away your license til you either go to court or pay the fine. more than 20 over an I believe you have to go to traffic school

In TN, every charge stacks seperately. And they will hit you on every possible violation.

I got 11 points from 1 time getting pulled over, at 12 they yank you license.

I was going 87 in a 55 work zone (on Sunday with no workers), and had my GF in the car whilst passing a negro in a 30mph Buick.

Speeding in a work zone

Reckless Endangerment x2 (GF and said negro)

Unlawful Passing in a work zone

And that SOB cop tried to get the judge to call it a "drag race", so I would lose my shit.

Another new TN shitcake rule is: If they hear your music 15 feet from the car, you get a ticket 1st offense now, and it's 102.50. 2nd offense they can take your aftermarket gear.
