What do you use to cut through fiberglass?

I'm in a rut. I need to slice through about 1 or 2 layers of fiberglass and I'm not sure what to use. Also I have rounded corners that need to be cut.

Worse case scenario I'll just keep them straight edge.

It'll look pretty good once I'm finished and I'll post pics when im done.
