Yea i was looking to buy new and the price difference isnt great enough for me to not. What do you mean better sound? Do kenwood amps not sound good??

I was looking at this amp again today and noticed that it does not have a high pass filter but does have an "infrasonic filter". What is an infrasonic filter exactly and is buying an amp for a subwoofer with no highpass filter a good idea?

it is prolly a subsonic filter which blocks unaudible frequencies. you don't want your subs high passed. they are intended to play lower frequencies. you wanna low pass them at prolly 60-80 hz.

sorry im looking to buy new. The description sais N/a on subsonic and highpass filter??? and i dont think the infrasonic is adjustable which is bad if i am going to be using a ported box????
