what do you think would be louder ?

3- mtx thunder 6000 10's ported or 1 type r 12 ported. these are the subs i have to work with. either way they will be getting 750 watts rms. i have enough room for the 10's in a common chamber box at 4 c.f or the 12 at whatever. please let me hear your thoughts

three 10's.... surface area wins. Of course, that assumes that you have a well designed enclosure.

4ft^3 net should be fine. If it's 4ft^3 before any displacement then you're SOL.
