it is .8ft^3 at 34hz I got the plan from Phoenix Risen his girl is using the same sub and box in her ride it is fore a SA-8 the port dos not look strat in the pic but it is going to finish this up in a bit then I need to put my cd player in the ride I put 4 kicker ks600 6.5" sperkers in last night and they sound a lot beter stock and I am using a duble run of 16 gauge Speaker Wire it is all I had

hmm, interesting setup lol. i would have done a roundover/sanded down the edges of the port walls with so many corners like that. looks clean nonetheless

I took some sand paper to the corners it is not as good as rounding the corners but it is better then nothing and he had this plan laying arond so he sent me the 3D plan he had

Box is a little too big IMO, the spiders on those, no matter the power, aren't really made to run in over.5-.6 cubes for extended amounts of time.

It seems like he could have done without the 180° turns and just made a couple of 90° ones at the back corners, basically making a big U shaped port. It may work fine, just seems like unnecessary drag on the port by going that route.

just put it in and it sounds nice I dont have a dmm to set the amp gain so I set it at 6 out of 11 and the punch level about one quter of the way up and have the freq set at 80 and it sound nice is this ok for the amp set up it is a Rockford Fosgate Prime R500-1
