i might have it, but i never went back for testing. I scored a 6. All i did was change my eating habits, i still eat what i did or as much but spread it out over the day. Snacking at 10am and 3pm with lunch at 12 and dinner at 6-7pm. Made a huge difference in the way i fealt through out the day.
