l5 have better sq l7's a bit louder and handle more power

and Dual 4-ohm and 2-ohm coils which is better? cause i really like to get 3 12's or 3 10's but they are 4 ohm for the 10's and 2 ohm for the 12's

which is the best? and what is the difference in the 4 ohm and 2 ohm when it come to getting my amp?

When i go looking for a new car i get something that i know i can fit nice sound in (im a music enthusiasts) I don't know about yall but i just so happen to pick out my amp before i get my subs. I would recommend getting the best amp in your price range first before getting your subs, but thats just the way i do it. If you can possibly get the subs and the amp at the same time (more logical and probably best way)
