each has its own pros and cons...clarion looks gay..but it might have a better sq then the panasonic. I perfer sq over looks

If you're trying to stay with a certain budget, I'd go with this one over both of those any day of the week..

clarion has 6v preouts and usb connection so i would go with that

Unless Clarion has changed their preouts, in the past they seemed to be weak. I owned Clarion Hu 4 volts and up and the preouts were weak. Others have complained about it in the past also. I can almost guarantee it's not stronger than an Eclipse 5V or Alpine 4V. I still have one of those old Clarion 4v hide away DSP box that I had on a Clarion screen. The preout was weaker than a 2V Pioneer. Like I said maybe Clarion has changed.
