What could blow the mosfet transistors?

What could blow the mosfet transistors on a kicker amp? My brother took my car to replace the windshield and came back with my amp being fried. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

I sent the amp in to kicker to get it fixed and they're charging me $75 to fix it. They said they have to replace the mosfet transistors and the outputs.

Well, my car does have some voltage issues due to two amps. But I have a second battery...

So could that be the reason? He said he played it for a long time. I never really bass out. Could it be like this?
