I was thinking that....

they did glue a panel of some sort to the outside of that MDF it looks like.

Actually this made it a little EASIER now.

I believe he was asking if there actually was some panel put over the MDF of the curved pieces. I do not think there is though...

Yea that's what i was asking.

If u look at the shots of the sides from above u can see it.

Almost like a laminent type thing.

router, id say we use it more than any other tool..you can use it for more than you could imagine

Ok but yea back to the laminent/panel type thing holding the MDF together.

What ya guys recommend for that?

This is for a sub.....so not sure how to secure the structural integrity of the outside unless the panel was of a substance easily be glassed and become rigid....

The panels i'm thinking of won't cut it. Like those thin fake wood panels, or even like a fake tile type laminent.

U see that view? That panel is what's holding the mdf together allowing it to flex without falling apart.
