subs are re xxx 12's. Length of port is 14.5" and the second port piece (the one that is located in the rear of the box is 9.5").

Are you sure the box is made out of 3/4" MDF? 17" tall - 15.75" tall port = 1.25" difference...divided by two = 5/8".

Assuming it is 3/4", you're looking at arounf 4.5ft^3 tuned to 28-29hz. That's if that first port measurement is you hooking the inside corner of the port and not butting the tape to the back corner of the port...I don't know how you measured it.
