What can Goob do to make this site better

Goob needs to listen to the people that have actually been here and contributed enough and act on it. Something he didn't do for the ~7 years I was a mod.

Up until the past year or so no big complaints were voiced as those were considered the good ole days right?

Not to discount what you're saying. Now at least I also have more time to implement changes. Which I hope I am.

I see your point and agree, however this will only work for the trolls who post nonsense, if it happens to be a member that posts outside the dome you could be removing valuable knowledge from the forum ya know?

Is this like an individual forum for each company? Like CACO has?

Good point, but I do have an excuse lol. I have heard Audioholic talk about the "old times" here, he said that they were not necessarily any better at all. That people would complain about the demise of the site just as much as they did about 2 weeks ago.

Natysfinest is the first person I have seen in a week who has complained about the site...a record for the past year+ that I've been here!

More of a general assumption I guess. There is little more that I could ask for from Goob to improve this site. If he would just add that filter for newest started threads to the classifieds, I think I'd be more than content for a long time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif The addition of more classifieds and normal threads shown on the homepage was a very nice start, though!

The site is actually on a down fall. I remember looking it up before and it was actually worth more. As of right now it brings in under $50 a day in ad revenue and its estimated worth is just over 30k. I would offer 25k and he wouldnt have to deal with it any more

He's been offered more than that, in the past. You cannot use those site appraisal tools as the end-all be-all final answer as to the value of a site. The url caraudio.com carries its own value, that tools like that do not consider, for example.
