What can cause a 15db 50hz spike?

Right now I have Zapco ST-1650XM II (Power @ 4Ω: 1 x 750 watts) JL 10W3v3-4 1.25 Cubic in sealed box.

Having to cut 15db i'm loosing a lot of output, any ideas on what I can try to fix this.

What EQ cut did you apply, specifically the Q?

Bet anything its resonance. Try measuring at a lower volume.

at times like these its better to use test tones and your ear o meter and discern the perceived loudness differences.

Try changing position or aiming of the sub in the cargo area.

Or build an SPL box if you can get a 15dB peak at 50hz, that's really impressive.

Not as bad as I thought, but still have -21Db on 50hz eq with 3 on the Q, to make it flat.

No. a bit of EQ with a wide enough Q to tame it. It's a natural thing

tune lower into the 20hz range for your box. then re-EQ it.

Mess around with the direction the sub/port is firing too

if its a sealed box, go ported, you'll definitely get better SQ.
