What camcorder???

Going to get the wife a camcorder for x-mas. Dont know if i should go with a dvd camcorder or one with a hard drive? Any opinions on a camcorder? Any one got one that they like?

Hard drive.

And I would recommend Sony, they **** for speakers but they make incredible camcorders and tv's...

i bought a camcorder like 6 years ago. spent 400 on it. i found myself only using it twice.

think about it if you think it would be a good purchase or a waste of money.

Yea i think a camcorder would get alot of use around here. I was looking at a sony handycam but didnt know if i wanted a hard drive or dvd. With a hard drive can it be transfered to dvd?
