What brand sub L7 or JL W7?

Please give me a link to something that shows me where someone has used a W7 to either hold a world record or win a world championship in ANY kind of SPL format. No, couldn't find one? ok, thanks.

Not until they come out with different spl competitions , say 40 hz and below.. I'm still one of the guys who thinks that bass/spl etc should be lower notes or in different classes.. 0-40, 40-up .. It would make it alot more interesting for some people who love to ground pound at 30 hz and 150+ db

you know whats funny in this thread? all of you guys talkin competitions this and that..honestly how many of your phucks even compete or will compete? id be willing to say only 10 out of every 100 will ever compete..so mostly your just buying for your daily driving needs..and whats the point of being loud if it sounds like pure ***..sure L7's won sq comps but do you know how much an installation like that cost to make an L7 sound so **** good to actually win comps in sq competitions? not even worth the money..thats like those mexicans buying that $400 caprice and throwing $4000 rims on it..no offense to mexicans just needed an example..lol you can take a w7 do a shitty install and still sound better..and thats what its about sound,sound,sound..if you want just loud and sound like *** throw your mother in law in the trunk..

Wanna talk about install prices. lets see for the price of the W7 i cna buy a L7 and pay to have one hell of a nice box built for it. or buy a W7 and only be able to afford the shitty shitty install. hrmm same money i bet the L7's beats it in output and half the kids on this forum wouldn't know the difference in sq from it if it bit them in the ***.

I compete and have competed for the last 3 years winning 1 world title and 7 state records

w7's have a hollow sound in everybox ive heard them in...

Alot of the customers that come in the shop dnt like them for this reason, so i simply direct them to the w6, and they are generally much happier.

Yes i do have a w7 so im just curious on why ppl dont like the sound, because i've hears a few ppl say it on here
