What are your baffles made of?

Mine are made out of 3/4" MDF. Painted black to keep out moisture.

Also, don't just make rings, make them a little thicker so you can drill inot it and not crack it...

what do you mean by full baffles? Are you talking about the foam ones that are sold at crutchfield and partsexpress that protect the speaker form moisture or something else that i know nothing about? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I run a set of 1/2 MDF wrapped with Dynamat for front and rear. Made a difference on the "control" of the speaker, also had more "punch" and less noise. If you are using a 1" spacer, you most likely will contact your door panel, even at 1/2 inch I had to clearance mine.
