What are these black chips inside my amp?

I was wondering what these are called. I bought an amp pretty cheap, and opened it up and i have three of these burnt up, and they need to be replaced. Im not to amp smart, so I was hoping yall could help me out.

Yourself? A few bucks and some time with a soldering iron and some simple tools.

I need some IRF3205 mosfets and I found these http://cgi.ebay.com/IRF3205-BY-IR_W0QQitemZ160089006175QQcategoryZ4666QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem, would that work? Just not sure as to whether or not they have to be a certaon type or not

Should work fine. Replace all of them whether they look toasted or not.

Be sure to replace all of them and hope you can solder good, if not won't be long same thing will happen again. If you put new ones in, and it still won't work, time to buy an oscilloscope from ebay and learn how amps work, or just send it off for repair.
