there is no best, diff tweets have different sounds. gotta figure out what you like and what mids you're pairing them with.

I really like the Vifa ring radiators or alpine Pro's, believe they're made by Scan. Both are soft domes and have a nice full bodied sound, but kind of laid back compared to metal dome tweets.
