I have been looking these things up for a while now, as I purchased 2 powerbass 15's. On the box and site it says their 1000 peak, 500rms, however I have spoken with a few different dealers, and they claim they can handle 700rms easy.

So possibly powerbass is up and coming, and I read around and people that own or sell them have had nothing but good thigns to say.

Memphis is another company that is possibly ran by the same conglomerate as powerbass, so theres a second one.

powerbass as well.....i've got a buddy that sells powerbass at flea market stand...he installs also and he' only had a come back for a warrenty in about 2 years

http://www.rdaudio.net is comming up. Someone made a thread about them a long time ago. It seems they are pretty much done with design phase and will be producing pretty all of their products pretty soon. Might be worth checking out if the prices are right
