what are my rights when 5-0 f*cks with you...

I personally think cops do an amazing job in most cases, with of course some slip ups that may unfortunately be biased or even simple mistakes. I don't care for discrimination against age, ***, race, or even McDonalds employees(j/j)... I also find it very tender that you got so defensive. You DID discriminate, this is undeniable. You said that it was a bunch of 15 yr olds making stuff up, what is your mature reasoning for that?
I also enjoyed how you added the highly predictable "I'm gunna be a cop..." act. That's really too bad if you are, because thus far you've proven to be the *** that everyone is talking about. In all reality, not all authority figures are fully honest, let's not kidd ourselves.

However, I do agree with you on one aspect, obeying the law will obviously most often prevent any mishap.

If you have any negative comments or cheap come-backs, use your "mature" sensibilty to restrain yourself, especially if it's: "no, you're the pathetic one, teeheehee"
You seem to have been around this forum for a while, this and others have had police hate threads come up once in a while I was simply trying to imply this not become one. How many times have you seen people suggest "running from the cops, I did it" etc. I suggest you look around a bit, they aren't as plentiful as the typical hot chick thread but they are there. No I didn't say "I'm gunna be a cop.." either, I said I'm planning to be one, dont let your miseducation make my words sound typically stupid. Oh everyones calling me an *** huh, talking about me huh... hmm that's weird. I was merely playing your game with a measly pitiful retort, thought you'd understand that.

Wow you agree with one aspect //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif But no I didn't discriminate, I merely offered a piece of past history I've seen with online forums, nor did I say any of this previously stated testimony was in fact done by kids, probably-look it up the dictionary some time. And I'm perfectly restrained, I dont whip out my big e-**** to battle others or anything of that nature.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

haha, where'd you learn all them big words. My miseducation? how so, I find that hard to comprehend, seeing's how I do have full scholarships to the university of my choice, but that's rather childish to bring up so, my apologies.

This is getting pretty disgraceful, so you can have whatever senseless, unfortunate comments you have to say.

But quit denying shit you clearly stated, it makes you look just plain stupid. Is that clear enough for you??

nice retort, but I'm not gonna interrupt this thread anymore //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif BTW I am a graduating senior-paying for college on my own, paying for my vehicle on my own and all the expenses related, but I cant say that a scholarship denotes intelligence?

not true at all----they call them felony stops. if they see you committing even a traffic crime and have ANY reason (fabricated or otherwise) they may execute a felony stop. happens all the time with no repercussions at least in my state. doesn't mean i agree with it but then again i don't give them any reasons to pul me over.

A google search will prove otherwise, most every instance there has been a report or the officer "felt" as if he was in immediate danger //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

But it is very true that the officers can fabricate thier story, they could also do it for any reason and hte person not know thier rights, so the just put up with it. The thing is, over here, well in any military base, the officers are highly disciplined and they have thier jobs to seriously lose, the military doesnt put up with shit like that, as should it be with the local police..

Im not trying to bust you out on your becomming an officer, BUT, what do you have to say about the un-necessary drawing of weapons? I would think since you are considering the police that you have some knowlege about th field, is it permitted, and can the police officer in violation of this be disciplined?

ya, I'm fine with ending this argument, I don't think we are going to see each other's side. I pay for all my own stuff, but I'm not going to turn down a scholarship...

Anywho, as far as drawing weapons, I'm sure there has to be a reasonable threat to an officer(s) or citizen's life... However, my knowledge is limited with regards to law.

You self admitted to having illegal tint, no proof of current insurance and not wearing your seat belt. Breaking 3 laws, yet you want to ***** about being pulled over? No sympathy from me.

oh boy-...

...Not once did I SPECIFICALLY b*tch about being pulled over. Yes I admitted those instances where I knew I was wrong. I take responsibility for my actions. You didn't see me going, "Damm those stupid cops; they've got nothing better to do than to pick on me", etc. This thread was started so that I can hold cops accountable for what they do - in accordance with the law. Not ONCE did I mention how 5-0 was trying to mess with me (which I can't say for certain reasons) - which was before they presented the vehicular tickets I would've gotten had they been a decorated cruiser.

No sympathy from me.
Didn't ask for any. If you read the thread, all I asked for is where I can learn my damm rights...
