what are good 6.5" speakers to get?

you should really consider amping your fronts

save another 100$ because im not really sure its worth the upgrade from stock if your not amping

I'm not sure how much you want to spend, but my Alpine Type S components sound great off of the head unit's power and I'm sure they would sound much better amped. You can get them for around $80 shipped.

I listen to hip hop primarily. My budget for 4 speakers is between 100-200. I don't know how much I would be spending on an amp.

I have an Acura tl that originally thad a bose system. I had to rewire the system to bypass the stock pre-amp when I was installing my previous speakers.

I have an Alpine h/u, don't know the model off-hand, but it's the one with the blue buttons.

Almost everyone who posted speakers up for sale would sound like shit off of a HU excepts what Jdawg recommended and Buck. Are you running them off of the stock unit or an aftermarket? If your running them off the stock then wire up the internal amp again and use it.
