Look into hifonics. Plenty of 1 ohm amps that will give you the power you need.

I'd take a JL 1000/1 for $320 any day. 1000 watts RMS at 1.5-4ohms and 1000 watts RMS at 11-14 volts is pretty sweet.

You start with a Hifonics amp or something similar, but once you've used a quality amp like a JL 1000/1 you won't go back to using budget amps.

Wow, leave it to the ca.com pudknockers to recommend running a Hifonics BXi series amp @ 1 ohm over a JL Audio 1000/1 that was obtained at a great deal @ 4 ohms

Your kidding right? U must know nothing about the jl 1000/1 apparently. 1000 watts are not the same on every amp
