What Amp?

I am looking to power 2 Orion P Series 15's. I am on a $280 budget so i have narrowed it down to 3 choices: Hifonics Bxi1606D(around 250 plus shipping), Planet Audio refurbs(can get the 1250 for around 200 shipped and get the 2250 for around 300 shipped), or the Power Acoustik A2400db for 200 plus shipping. What would yous recommend? Please people only people that have exp. with these amps, not word of mouth.
