Too lazy to search through the junk of the Type R thread so ill post here. Friends getting 1 12" DVC 2 ohm 2005 alpine type r, what mono or 2 channel amp u guys suggest?

Get a 1ohm stable 1200 watt RMS class D, keep your gains really low then if you want to add a second sub later you will have all the power you need.
