What amp would be good?

I recently bought this used from someone in my town. I also picked up a 1200 watt insignia amp for $20. Everything is hooked up in the car, but I think this amp isn't powering the subs enough (I'm really new to this.) If this amp isn't good enough what one would work best for these subs? I'm thinking I need an amp that can supply 900 watts RMS at 4 ohms but this is just what I've gathered with my research, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

not to step on your feet but he asked for a amp that would deliver 900 watts at 4 ohms and the amp you told him to get delivers 900 watts at 2 ohms. is there something i'm missing?

can you wire your sub(s) to a lower ohm rating? what are they?
