What Amp To Use!!!!

Hello everyone i am currently using a 12" L5 pushed by a Kenwood 1000w amp....KAC-7204 is the model # of the amp....HU is a Kenwood KDC-MP738U....Let me know what ya think, i am wondering if i way UNDERpowering that sub! Just got it so im not sure!

Amp should be fine on it. What kind of enclosure are you using?

well is theysub dvc 2 or 4 ohm and is 600 wrms right?

It is a ported enclosure with 2-3" Round ports! I believe they are 4ohm but dont quote me on this! And yes they are 600wRMS..... Hey thanks for all the feedback

I am thinking of having my friend build me a new box to the specifications from Kicker... I just didnt know how well of amps that Kenwood made and thought that maybe there was something else out there that maybe would be better!

Hey i found a guy with a 500.1bd RF amp, do you think that would push my L5 better than my Kenwood 1000w that i am currently using?
