are the infinities kappa or the refrence line cause the kappa line will run your amp at 2 ohms witch means you would need an amp that puts out the power of those speakers at 2ohms instead of 4ohms

What amp should i get under $150
I'll suggest a JP8 amplifier. I believe you can wire your sub to 2 ohm. It's Dual voice coil 4 ohm, correct? JP8 @ 2 ohm does 900 watts.
