What amp should I get?

There is 2 different subs I'm considering getting, and I can't decide which. For each sub, which amp should I get? Also, I could use some help deciding which sub to get. I'm pretty new to this whole thing so if you can, explain the technical stuff to me liek I'm 3 years old. All help is apreciated, thanks in advance!

The first sub is a Boss P156DVC ($80) and the other is a SPL SPLW-152X ($160)

i think i'd pass on both.they are very low end subs,basically flee market stuff ie junk

also what do you want out of your system? alot of bass sq what ?what kind of car or truck and budget

technically... both those subs are complete crap. run away from them!!!
