what amp for AA Assasins?

I have 2 friends both purchasing a set of AA assasin 10's. They will both be in a ford ranger in sealed enclosurs about .7 to 1 cubes each. I need to know what would be a good "budget" amp to push these for $200 or less. Neither one of these guys are really into hardcore bass or need anything extravagent, just looking to add some good clean sound to what they have already.

Dude....I went to look at the measurements under my seats...this focker is to long!!! If I do it will stick out in the back floor pan to where the passengers will kick it all day long!!! What kind of car do you have? I have two amps just as long mounted on MDF the shape of mt spare tire well.....the amps are mounted upside down. They sit between the spare tire and the wood...

The back of the rear seat does not fold forwards, the box fills up underneath the rear seat, Passenger side is tighter then the driver side....and I have amp hooked to my mids and highs under there.....
