What amp for 2 SE12's?

In a few days, I will be ordering 2 RE SE12's. I need an amp that puts out 1200 watts @1 ohm. I am trying to find one that is less than $200, and the closest one I found was the Hifonics BX1500d for $230. Can someone recommend an amp for

that is a tough limit to anyting quality that actually does ratted power

Look into a refurb Viper 1200.1 or a JBL 1200. Viper>JBL imo, but i am just giving you other options.

Can you wire 2 dual 4 ohm subs to the JBL 1200.1 giving them 600 watts each?
