What About the Clarion DXZ935 for a new HU?

Clarion ProAudio DXZ935, What do you guys think of this HU for around $350? Pros and Cons? Can anyone find it cheaper or has anybody seen it cheaper?

Any other recommendations? I don't mind the lack of MP3 support, no biggie to me. I'm just interested in building a system all about eh SQ.

Any help is appreciated

I dont think anyone can answer that question of if a BTooth adapter will sound as good as a CD? Only one would know by actually using the same...
