Long story.
They screwed up our order and gave us a large (14") cheesesticks instead of a big *** (20") one. They overcharged the credit card by $2.....and they wouldn't come back to fix the order because the cheesesticks were "only 99 cents because you used a coupon, which you didn't give us." Well, the driver never asked for the coupon, and if that's the case, don't put the **** coupon in the newspaper in the first place. So i asked to talk to the general manager and he said that they weren't going to fix their mistake because they were "too busy". I asked for the corporate phone number and he gave it to me. I also asked for his name and he told me "Fred Banner." Well, my roommate had also ordered a pizza on a separate order from the same place. When the delivery guy got here, we asked if he had a manager named Fred Banner. He said "No, my manager's name is Ricky." I figured maybe they had more than 1 manager on, so I asked if he had a GM or owner named Fred Banner, and he said "never heard the name before."
Anyway....the GM also told me that I was, and I quote, "a drunk, angry customer." I about dropped my jaw. Dude called me f-uckin DRUNK. What kind of manager accuses a customer of being drunk OVER THE PHONE? That's just asking to be fired. Not to mention he lied to me about his real name....I'm sure the corporate office will have a nice little phone conversation with me tomorrow. I still can't even believe all that......all I wanted was a **** 20" cheesesticks.
