Ok I've decided to buy a pair of Boston Acoustic speakers here:

Im gonna buy a Baffle with it too.....so is this a good choice to replace my factory stock 6x9 speakers?

Another questions is......will this help my clipping at all? Or do I need an Amp with it too? All I want is to get the clipping OUT OF MY CAR AUDIO!!!!!!! Thats all, all I want is to play my music so I can hear it.....not at a quiet volume of 10 out of 45..... If I need an amp, can someone please recommend me a REALLY CHEAP ONE that will help the clipping.

So all I need is a better amp? What do you mean by settign it correctly? What would be a good one to buy?

^Would that work?

yes that would be a good amp. by correct settings he means read the gain setting turoial in the amp forum. what you are trying to do is match the output level of the headunit, with the amps input. when you have the gain too high it sends a clipped signal and the speaker only reproducing it and not causes it.
