Doesn't sound like it. They apprehinded him in the parking lot with a gas mask and more ammo in car. They then had to evecuate his apartment complex because he mentioned explosives in his home. 10 dead on site, 4 died on the way or at the hospital, and 50 more with injuries. He opened fire in the theatre during a shoot out scene were people would think is was part of the movie. he was in a riot helmet and bulletproof vest. Witnesses mentioned tear gas aswell.

Way too many crazy people in this world. Two of my best friends from high school just moved to Denver and were actually AT a midnight screening of the Dark Knight Rises...luckily they chose to go to a different theater
