amp goes into protection mode

My west coast customs 1600 4 channel amplifier goes into protection mode at high volume but play's ok at low volume can someone please help

To be blunt its a $90 dollar 4 channel made by maxxsonics probably not gonna have the best of luck, there is some things you can be cheap on but you just didnt get lucky with that amp. Id request a refund which they should be more than willing to do because they have excellent customer service and spend a little more to get something better.

Dont get caught up on rms ratings lol that 400 watt claim is bs anyway, take quality sound over a over-inflated cheap amp
