Weight loss pills?

If you're really determined to lose weight, go to http://www.bodybuilding.com they have plenty of articles and you can even post your logs and people will help motivate you. Motivation is also one of the keys to losing weight, which is why I no longer go by my physical weight, I go by my appearance. Weight can be very misleading, especially when you go to the gym one day and weight 200 and the next day you go and you're up to 202 or 203, even though it's most likely water weight and you know in your head you've stuck to your diet, it still kills y our motivation.

 
Soda is very bad and probably the reason you aren't seeing results. The first week will be hard, but if you can stay off soda for a week, you'll be fine. Just drink water or if you need to have taste, drink crystal light.
Crystal light is the greatest invention ever, only way I could ever stop drinking soda.

Take your reps to failure too, no "oh my arms tired ill stop now", take it till you physically cant lift it anymore. If you do it right you will not be able to do as many reps as your first set in the following ones, if you can that means youre not going at it hard enough. If youre trying to lose weight go with heavier weights and less reps. More muscle mass = more active tissue to burn calories. When you've lost a bit of weight start doing more reps and less weight for toning. No point in having toned muscles if you cant even see em;)
Ya, goin till you can't lift works great, yet for the first 2 weeks or so (if you haven't lifted in a while) it's going to be hell, cramped muscles everytime you get done lifting, sore muscles that want to lock up on ya if you leave em in one position for too long...lol, but once your muscles get used to it and your muscles are pumped up that's when you can start doin the real weight lifting and building more mass.

 
dude your not gonna lose weight fast, thats bull shit, it takes time. Check this, from when you where little till now thats how long it took you to get fat, and your gonna think that by just doing a lil cardio and eating right for a lil bit your gonna just lose it llike that? i think not, it takes descipline and dedication, plus time is a factor, if you do everythign right, it'll take up to 6 months-1year, depending how your genes and if your metabolism revs up or not.

side note: drinking 1-2 gallons is good enough for a days worth, i drink 2 gallons, as for fat burners they will work if you have your diet/nutrition in check. if not then it wont even help you, fat burners is just a boost like 10-20% but really it boils down to diet/nutrition, cardio, rest.

Less weight + lots of reps = Tones

bull shit. where you get this from? lol basically it boils down to what you eat and how much of it for gaining mass as for TONE it means your cutting to show more vascularity all in all just lift and find a lifting program that fits you, DFHT, MAX-OT, DC, HST, ect theres all kinds.

 
man if u lift a whole lot and then lose the fat ull be huge. theres kids at my school last year who weighted like 350 and were really fat and now they lost all the fat and are FRIGGIN HUGE!!!! they have alot of muscle. and my mom took alot of stackers and she lost like 30 lbs in like 3 months or so.... i no that audi0_king g/f lost alot of weight. pm him and ask him what she did to loose all her weight. she lost like 50 lbs...

 
stay away from teh pills. totally fvcked myself over with those. i was doing great with the pills i took and was in tip top shape. ended up putting myslef in the hospital and loosing 60lbs. lost it all, now im a skinny twig. 6'0 175lbs to me = skinny.

just eat better and work out, dont over do it though. let your body recoperate.

if u wanna get big try static contraction training.

seriously though you do realize some body types are not designed to show 6 pack abs or grow large muscles. Alot of it is genetics even the roidheads had a genetic headstart before the sterroids bulked them up.

I didn't feel like reading all 4 pages of this article so if I repeat anything thats already been said- sorry.

If you can't force yourself to eat right and get regular exercise, you should just be happy with yourself the way you are. "Weight loss" pills are not good for your body and are a waste of money. The best way to lose weight is lifting weights and just playing some sports. I know up at my gym there are constant games of 5 vs 5 full court basketball. I play 4 or 5 of those games and I'm sweating a storm. You don't have to be great to play, it's respectable enough to see an unathletic guy hop on the court to play because we know he is doing to get in shape.

Eat meals frequently. Light mills like a turkey sandwich and perhaps a small salad every other hour keeps your metabolism flowing and constant. This with exercise is the fastest way to lose weight.
