What can cause a weak signal to be sent from behind the HU to the amp to cause low output?

I know for a fact it's not the RCA wires, HU, amp or amp wiring (almost positive it's not the ground) or subs.

Seriously no one can figure out what's wrong with my car. Everything worked in my buddies car.
