I think thats a lot more reasonable than simply taking it out of your paycheck. If you check how much you pay into social security and other taxes, its a lot more than 700. Or at least mine is, and I work at a grocery store.

I have not been to the doctor in 15 years so had I paid $10,500 in insurance I might be pissed because I don't use it or have not needed it. I see the good and bad in it though..
