So deadening will make improve the way the bass sound? why i ask is because i cant seem to get the bass to sound how i want it in my car when i had my hatch back i had no problem with the low end but now any thing between 45 - 60 hz sounds loud and the lows are barely noticable. I took the same box wid my w6 and put it in my cuz ride and it sounds really really better ( I ran a wire from my sub amp to his car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) I think its the responce in my car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif his car is the later model nissan sentra.
fill up your gas tank, you wont be able to afford to once you're done //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
that's the #1 trick i've learned from working on cars over the years, if you don't fill it up 1st, you'll have a finished project with an empty gas tank
LOL AT ABOVE POST anyway ill take out the back seat and see how it sounds my seats cant fold //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
when i want some yummy lows, i boost the bass around 30 or 40hz a lot and if need be, drop your low pass filter a little if the bass around 50 or higher is too loud
right now
i have my lowpass set to 40hz, tons of bass boostin at 30hz
ok i took out my back seat and wow night and day difference could hear the bass sound more detailed and louder certain notes dont sound muffled no more a fuller sound but i want that sound with my rear seat in now lol and i dont want to remove the rear fill ill miss them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif .
you probably wont miss the rear fill much if you have some nice front speakers, just make your back seat removable, or just fold it down when you wanna listen to it.
