WAV recording software

I have a sine wave audio oscillator and I want to create my own test tone CD. What recording software is out there that will tell you the recording level in terms of standard reference levels? I need to know if the file on disc (or flash drive) will be 0dB, -5 dB etc.

I use AUDACITY to produce my sine wave. It's free just google it. You can even choose your -dB by moving the slider on the left of the panel.
