wattage question

i was measuring systems today with a 50 hz sine wave. my directed d2400 put 45 ac volts into a dual 4 ohm(2 ohms) sub i belive that is 1000 watts?

my buddys pyledriver 3600 continusly measured 160 ac volts into .67 ohms so how many watts is that? i dont know if im using the right formula but i seem to come up with 15,000 watts with the gain halfway

does anyone know the proper formula for converting volts to watts?
