To make it easy, the x200 has the following while the x300 does not: IMPRINT Sound System Ready (PXA-H100 Required) 3 2v preouts (as opposed to 1 preout) That is really the only difference... I may be missing something, but $100 for an extra 2 outputs and it's IMPRINT ready...
