It would be a smarter option to use tha money to upgrade alt, install a good alarm system, get better equipments, etc..SOMETHING that'll benefit you.

Doubt a flash looking rim can be seen IN the car, and does much for performance. A lot of peope who go for larger rims ALSO gotta pay a ton for the rubber, whilst camber adjustments, speedo recalibration and the possibility of aqua/hydro-planning increases that much. If you don't have a powerful engine, you'll also face performance decrease.
