did you try filing a chargeback? If this was placed on plastic, you should immediately call the bank to file a chargeback

I got ripped off as well, don't feel bad. Two Rs shipped to my house by UPS, nobody was at the house (ofcourse, its 1 pm and everyone is at school/work) so the package was dropped off without no signature approval. Prior to knowing all this, i come home, check my delivery status knowing that my Rs are coming in today. Veiwed the status on the UPS site, and BOOM " my heart dropped." Status says delivered at 1:22pm. At this point, I'm very frustrated and confirm with my family that nobody was home between 12 - 2. I called IndoAudio and UPS and i get the usual turnaround "blaming back and fourth on each other." IndoAudio claims that the package was shipped succesfully, although nobody was home. UPS claims that IndoAudio never requested signature approval, so they did what was asked. I call on a daily basis and argue with IndoAudio, the girl seemed polite, but is just as clueless as my left nut. She always transferred me to this ignorant prick(manager supposedly), he does absolutely nothing but sit here and blame UPS. We are not obligated to request a signature approval, its not our responsibility, this this this. He continues by saying "do you know how many of the same complaints i receive from customers" Me and him bicker at it again, and i request a refund. No refund issues. He hangs up the phone on me whenever he feels like the conversation is turning against him. The guy is a total douchebag and deserves to be removed from ebay along with a large fine...... he should have been removed a long time ago!!!!

i only buy from ebayers who have some negative feedback. this is really the only way to tell if they are real //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif . if its all positive, they are probably fake and will scam you. but if they have some negatives, then its gotta be a real person. think about it, everyone makes mistakes, and why would someone who wanted to scam you make a fake account with negative feedbacks? the more neagatives, the better IMO.
